Most of you may not know in a former life in Seattle, Washington, I was an esthetician. So when I met Coralie Harrison, I felt a kindred connection. Estheticians, possess a unique perspective that blends scientific thinking with a profound desire to serve and create beauty in the world. If you know one personally, you know what I mean.  I first met her and her husband, Burgess, during their quest to find their Maui home away from home. First a client and over the years she has become a dear friend. She seamlessly bridges the gap between the Minnesota and the magical shores of Maui. In the heartland where the winters are long and cold, she created a facial where you can experience Maui's warmth and Aloha spirit. With 28 years of experience, Coralie's transformative facials not only unveil your inner beauty but also transport you to a serene world inspired by the essence of Maui.

Bringing Aloha To Minnesota

Coralie's love for Maui has fueled her passion to create a signature Maui inspired spa facial. Each session is a unique blend of island tranquility, drawing inspiration from tropical ingredients and the warm spirit of Aloha. Immerse yourself in the therapeutic touch of Aloha, where not only your skin but also your soul is revitalized. Welcome to Coralie's world of skincare, where clients are not just clients but cherished members of her ohana, her family. The warmth and joy of Maui's paradise transcend geographical boundaries, making even Minnesota's winters feel a little more like a tropical haven. Coralie's facials are more than just treatments; they are transformative experiences that nurture your skin and revitalize your soul. Each touch is infused with respect, integrity, and the warm spirit of Aloha, ensuring you not only look beautiful but also feel beautiful inside and out.

Maui Inspired Facial

Her Maui inspired spa facial will take you on a sensory trip to Maui, boosting your skin’s natural luminosity. Immerse yourself in the essence of the sun, sand and sea. First, a facial cleanse, easing muscle tension in the contours using a cleanser infused with the precious gold from Maui bees. Then she will retexturize your skin, exfoliating the tropical way with superfine sugar, sea salt, crushed papaya seed, pineapple enzymes and passion fruit. Skin is buffed in circular motions with the warmed polish. Then rinsed with aromatic steamed towels scented with balancing geranium. The massage includes gentle stretches, percussion of a massage gun on points and long rhythmic strokes of lomi lomi body massage, manipulating warmed body butter scented with Chocolatey cacao bean or lavender from a local Maui lavender farm.  Followed by a papaya enzyme exfoliation/mask of the face and neck, applied with a detoxifying lymph drainage massage. The service concludes with an application of a bee pollen moisturizer to calm and seal in hydration.

Kauhale Makai 131

For those of you looking for a stay on Maui in Kihei, their vacation condo is an excellent option. It is offered with the same care and intention as her spa practice and considers their guests part of their ohana.

"amazing location on Maui, with everything you could think of within the condo, from first aid kit to beach chairs, mini office w/ printer, etc. to all the best board games, cards, and the kitchen- You could cook a 10 course meal!   And just outside- grilles, lg and sm pool, hot tub, mini putting green, shuffleboard, tennis courts, nearby pickleball ... right on a beach that is not only clean, but swimmable, with chance of a passing green sea turtle.   Almost didn't want to post as I don't want to decrease availability to stay again, but as an additional thanks to the owners, I figured I had to. Warmest aloha and mahalo to 131 owners Ohana Pono of Maui and Maui Paradise Properties for taking care of us while on Maui - will definitely be back."
